500-litre high-pressure blast pot

The CYM CY-550 blast pot is the high-pressure model of the CY line: 500-litre capacity, 2,000 kg of shot loading and a maximum working pressure of 10 kg/cm² (142 PSI) — ASME-designed for stationary fixed installation. Measuring Ø800 × 2100 mm (Ø31½" × 82⅔") and weighing 350 kg, the CY-550 is designed for processes requiring higher abrasive impact energy or intensive production conditions where portability is not a requirement.
The construction design differs markedly from the rest of the CY line: flanged top head with multiple safety and control valves, ASME conical bottom, no transport wheels and greater overall height that increases the abrasive column. The 10 kg/cm² (142 PSI) working pressure delivers significantly higher abrasive projection velocity, reducing cycle times on critical-thickness surfaces or substrates with high-adhesion coatings.
