500-litre blast pot

The CYM CY-500 blast pot is the large-capacity model of the CY line: 500 litres, 2,000 kg of shot loading and the option of operating with 1 or 2 simultaneous nozzle outlets. Measuring Ø800 × 1700 mm (Ø31½" × 66⅞") and weighing 300 kg empty, the CY-500 is the reference tool for high-production blast rooms, large naval installations and continuous-cycle automatic machines.
The dual-outlet configuration allows two operators to work simultaneously from a single blast pot, maximising blast room productivity. The CY-500 accepts No.4 to No.8 Venturi nozzles (Ø6 to Ø12 mm) and projects metallic or mineral abrasives at up to 7 kg/cm² (100 PSI), with operating autonomy of up to 154 minutes per charge (1 outlet, No.4 nozzle). Available in four control systems: M, D, DD and P.
