Pneumatic recovery
No moving parts, for light abrasives
The CYM pneumatic recovery blast room transports abrasive by vacuum suction from the floor to the cyclone purifier and back to the silo. No scrapers, no screw conveyors, no bucket elevator — zero moving parts in the recovery circuit. Compatible exclusively with light abrasives: glass beads, aluminium oxide and stainless steel shot. Floor sweeping can be manual or 100% automatic.

- Manual sweeping by operator or 100% automatic according to configuration
- CYVACTS available as portable suction accessory
- Compatible abrasives: glass beads (max. Super Coarse), aluminium oxide (max. Mesh 36), stainless shot S10/S20 or G10/G20
- CYM blast pots — CY-70, CY-150, CY-500 and CY-550
- Dust collector with automatic Pulse Jet cleaning — emission below 5 mg/Nm³

Note: All three systems use a cyclone purifier for abrasive classification. Manual sweep and automatic multi-hopper are compatible exclusively with approved light abrasives. CYVACTS-15 and larger models can also handle heavy metallic abrasives.
