CYM Materiales compressed air satellite shot blasting machines are the ideal solution for the surface treatment of delicate parts that cannot withstand the impact of steel shot projected by centrifugal blast wheels. The nozzle system allows selection of the most suitable abrasive type and grain size for each material and application, including glass beads, aluminium oxide and other light or non-ferrous abrasives.
The indexing mechanism positions each part precisely in front of the nozzles, ensuring uniform coverage and process repeatability in serial production. The modular configuration from 2 to 18 satellites adapts to the required production volume, with optional automatic loading and unloading robots for integration into fully automated manufacturing cells.
