Satellite shot blast machine for shot peening

CYM Materiales compressed air satellite shot blasting machines for precision shot peening are designed for the treatment of transmission components, gears and industrial parts requiring controlled Almen parameters and full process repeatability. Each machine is specifically configured according to part geometry, abrasive type, intensity and coverage required by the process standard.
The system incorporates servo motors with drives for exact satellite positioning in front of the nozzles, a pressure tank with Magna Valve flow control, and an X-Z nozzle movement system for zone-by-zone programmed coverage. For gear and pinion processing, it includes an upper pusher system with movement sensors ensuring part rotation and masking of ground surfaces during the process.
