Nozzle and hose couplings for blast cleaning
NHH · NHC · NTC — INJECTED NYLON WITH SAFETY LOCKING SPRINGS
Secure connection — no tools, no modifications
CYM blast and sand blasting couplings are made from hard injected nylon: lightweight, resistant and durable. All models include a rubber washer and bolt set, and feature automatic safety locking spring pins that lock automatically, preventing accidental disconnection during operation. The range comprises three types according to connection point: NHH nozzle couplings attach the blast nozzle to the hose; NHC hose couplings connect two hose sections together; and NTC couplings attach the hose directly to the blast pot. Compatible with any standard pressure blasting equipment on the market.
- Periodically check the condition of couplings, hose bolts and safety locking springs — detect any sign of wear or air leakage before operation
- Ensure the coupling is the correct size to match the outside diameter of the hose
- Before connecting, clean any abrasive or dirt from both pieces to avoid thread damage
- Always use hoses with static dissipator to reduce the risk of static charge build-up at the couplings
