Maximum protection and comfort for the blast operator

CYM blast operator protection equipment is designed to protect the operator against the three main risks of blast cleaning operations: rebound impact from projected abrasive, excessive noise levels and inhalation of dust and particles generated during the process.

The helmet with cape features a rigid high-impact polyurethane shell with acoustic absorption, double-layer quick-replace lenses and an air distribution design that envelops the operator's head, face and neck. The system is completed by an operator filter, air flow regulator valves and optional air conditioning. Kits are available for 1, 2, 3 or 4 simultaneous operators.

Connect the clean air supply before starting the operation — never work without air flow to the helmet
Replace helmet lenses at the first sign of abrasion or loss of visibility
Replace the operator filter cartridge every 6 months or at any sign of odour — the filter does not retain carbon monoxide
Periodically inspect the condition of the anti-suffocation air supply tube and nylon belt
