CYM Materiales supplies the complete line of auxiliary equipment and work tables for CNG, NGV and industrial gas cylinder periodic inspection centers. This equipment covers the gas venting, valve removal and replacement, external inspection, internal washing and cylinder transfer stages, complementing the blasting, hydraulic testing and painting equipment to form a complete inspection center.
- CVG-100L venting chamber — safe residual gas venting with capacity for four simultaneous cylinders.
- PD-1 pneumatic vertical press — pneumatic valve removal and replacement for CNG cylinders.
- MB-90° 1P-IV tilting table — external cylinder inspection with rollers for manual rotation on its axis.
- MB-180° 2P tilting table — internal washing and draining after hydraulic testing, two tilt positions.
- Manual trolleys — cylinder transfer between process stages.
- Fixed vertical stands — cylinder support and holding between stages.
- Measuring and marking equipment — thread gauges, ultrasound thickness gauge and stamp sets for workshop identification.

Each auxiliary equipment fulfils a specific function in the inspection center workflow. All are compatible with both available layouts — manual trolleys and roller tables — and integrate with the main blasting, hydraulic testing and painting equipment.
