The CYM Materiales vertical paint booth is designed for painting CNG, NGV and industrial gas cylinders in vertical position, with dry folded filters for paint retention, a 2 HP axial fan and centralized control panel. The cylinder handling system is configurable according to production volume and center layout: from individual pneumatic hoists to mobile gantries or circular overhead conveyors with electric hoist.
- Vertical painting of cylinders — CNG, NGV and industrial gas cylinders in vertical position.
- Dry folded filters for paint retention with emissions below 5 mg/m³.
- Axial fan for suspended paint extraction, driven by 2 HP motor.
- Centralized control panel for all booth functions.
- Configurable handling system — pneumatic hoist, mobile gantry or circular overhead conveyor.
- Compatible with high-performance Airless spray equipment with minimal paint dispersion.
- Exterior chimney venting to outside of building (optional).
