Industrial bag filter dust collectors

CYM Materiales manufactures bag filter dust collectors for capturing dry dust, fumes and particles generated in industrial processes of any scale. The bag filter is a technical alternative to cartridge collectors when the process generates dust with variable or coarse particle size distribution, when the dust load is high and continuous, or when filter media cost is a determining factor in operation. Its modular design allows configuration for airflows ranging from mid-size installations to large-scale industrial plants.

The compressed-air pulse-jet cleaning system sequentially dislodges dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bags, allowing continuous operation without interrupting extraction. Filter bags are replaced from the outside of the unit upward, without entering the dirty air chamber, and are available in different materials depending on dust type, operating temperature and process efficiency requirements.
