Reverse bending descaling for wire rod

WIRELAB reverse bending mechanical descaling machine, represented by CYM Materiales for Latin America. It removes scale and mill scale from wire rod through controlled bending deformation, without the use of shot or chemicals and without generating effluents. The wire rod passes through a 3-pulley system where the central pulley is positioned at 90° to the inlet and outlet pulleys, producing a minimum 360° wrap around the material and a deformation of 8 to 10% — sufficient to detach the scale without hardening the steel. The process is continuous and integrated directly into the wire drawing line.
