3ADM - METEOR LINES
Drilling, marking and milling of structural steel profiles
The CNC beam drilling lines supplied by CYM Materiales drill H, I, U profiles, angles, tubes and flat bars with diameters from 10 to 40 mm, and up to 50 mm with U-type drill bits. Manufactured by AKyapak under the AKDRILL brand, they run on servo motors with Mitsubishi or Siemens CNC control, with spindle speed adjustable between 50 and 3,000 rpm.
The line is selected based on production volume, part complexity and available floor space: from a compact single-spindle line for mid-size fabrication shops to a three-spindle line with a 500 mm sub-axis for industrial-scale structural steel production.

- 3ADM 7 axes: beam advances by CNC between drilling operations
- 3ADM 10 axes: 500 mm sub-axis — spindle moves without repositioning the beam, cuts cycle time by 50%
