Tube bending in simple and complex shapes

CNC tube bending machines for steel, stainless and aluminium

The CNC tube bending machines supplied by CYM Materiales bend steel, stainless steel, aluminium and similar materials into simple and complex shapes, with automatic multi-step bending. Manufactured by AKyapak (ABM series), they are available with and without mandrel, with servo control and YBC-mode programming, for tube diameters from 38 to 76 mm.

The operator only needs to load the tube and select the program: the machine runs the full bending sequence automatically, cutting idle time and reducing costs in both series production and single-piece work. The 15" touchscreen allows paths to be programmed with 3D preview before starting production.
