1 to 4 blast wheels, up to 250 m/min, integrable into wire drawing lines
CYM Materiales continuous shot blast machine for the mechanical descaling of wire, bars and steel billets. The BAR-1, BAR-2, BAR-3 and BAR-4 models feature 1 to 4 centrifugal blast wheels and abrasive concentrator deflectors with three position adjustment options — fixed, manual or pneumatic — ensuring precise coverage of the processed material. The compact design allows direct insertion into existing wire drawing lines with decoilers and straighteners. No acids, no effluents, no treatment plants.
- BAR-1, BAR-2, BAR-3 and BAR-4 models with 1 to 4 centrifugal blast wheels from 10 to 60 HP.
- Abrasive concentrator deflectors with fixed, manual or pneumatic position adjustment for precise coverage.
- Processing of a single wire or multiple simultaneous wires at speeds up to 250 m/min.
- Suitable for wire, bars and billets — descaling prior to wire drawing or crack detection inspection.
- Integrable into wire drawing lines with decoilers, straighteners and bar conveyors.
