COIL LINE
CYM Materiales batch shot blast machine for the mechanical descaling of wire coils (wire rod). The coil is mounted on a rotating mandrel inside the blast chamber where centrifugal blast wheels project abrasive ensuring complete coverage. The COIL4 and COIL5 models process coils of up to 3000 kg in cycles of 7 to 20 minutes depending on steel type and wire diameter. Available with one or two loading doors — the double-door configuration minimizes downtime by allowing loading of one coil while the previous one is being blasted.
