Shot blasting machines for LPG, CNG and air gas cylinders

CYM Materiales ECOGNC automatic shot blasting machine for batch blasting of LPG, CNG, oxygen, acetylene and industrial gas cylinders. The cylinder is loaded horizontally onto rotating rollers that spin it on its axis throughout the blasting cycle, ensuring complete coverage of the exterior surface with no unblasted zones. Equipped with two centrifugal blast wheels of 10 or 15 HP and a tilting loading table, the ECOGNC combines automation, compact design and low operating cost for medium-production periodic inspection centers. Includes integrated dust collector and abrasive recovery system.

• LPG and CNG cylinders from 15 to 45 kg — diameter 200 to 400 mm, maximum length 2000 mm.
• 2 centrifugal blast wheels at 10 HP or 15 HP depending on model.
• Blasting cycles of 2 to 8 minutes (not including loading and unloading time).
• Motorized rotating rollers spin the cylinder during blasting — complete exterior surface coverage.
• Tilting loading table, integrated dust collector and abrasive recovery system.
• Also suitable for oxygen, acetylene and industrial gas cylinders of similar dimensions.
