Automatic continuous pass-through - 100 to 500 cylinders/hour
CYM Materiales GAR line continuous shot blasting machine with angled (non-parallel) rollers conveyor (RI) for LPG, CNG and industrial gas cylinders. The inclined rollers simultaneously produce the cylinder's forward movement and rotation on its axis, exposing the entire exterior surface to the two centrifugal blast wheels in a single pass without additional rotation mechanisms. The inclined roller design is characterized by low maintenance cost and high operational reliability, making it the standard solution for medium and high-capacity filling plants and recertification centers. Available in GAR 100 RI, GAR 150 RI, GAR 200 RI, GAR 300 RI and GAR 500 RI models.
- GAR 100 RI, 150 RI, 200 RI, 300 RI and 500 RI models — 2 blast wheels from 10 to 50 HP per model.
- Output: 100 to 500 cylinders/hour on new unpainted cylinders (Ø 304 mm × 520 mm).
- Non-parallel inclined roller conveyor: simultaneous advance and rotation without additional mechanisms.
- Maximum cylinder diameter: 400 mm — suitable for LPG, CNG, O₂, acetylene and industrial gas cylinders.
- Low maintenance cost — standard proven solution for filling plants and recertification centers.
