CYM Materiales manufactures continuous-pass automatic shot blasting machines for the surface treatment of structural profiles, flat rolled products, tubes, spools, and welded structures of any geometry. Each line is engineered to match the material type, part dimensions, and the customer's production requirements.
In the PER-R and CH lines, blast wheels are positioned at 90° to the part travel path, optimizing process speed for raw material applications. In the PER-I line, blast wheels are set at inclined angles, enabling processing of both raw material and simple welded structures and spools.
The EST lines use configurations of 8 to 16 blast wheels at variable angles, ensuring complete coverage with no blind spots on structures of any geometry. All lines can be integrated with shop primer systems, drying ovens, and overhead conveyors.

Welded Structure Blast Cleaning
