Plate shot blasting with grit or shot abrasive and primer integration

Automatic continuous-pass shot blast machine for surface treatment of sheet metal and flat plates in vertical position. The vertical plate position eliminates abrasive accumulation, eliminating the need for brushes and blowers, with lower investment and maintenance cost. Integrable with a shop primer booth and drying oven to form a complete surface preparation and protection line.

  • Suitable for surface treatment of sheet metal and flat plates prior to cutting, forming or painting.
  • No brushes or blowers required: the vertical position eliminates abrasive accumulation on the plate surface.
  • Allows selection of spherical or angular shot according to the roughness profile required by the coating.
  • Horizontal or vertical loading depending on available floor space, with smaller footprint than horizontal-pass machines
  • Integrable with a shop primer booth and drying oven to form a complete surface preparation and protection line.
