Satellite shot blasting machine for shot peening processes

The CYM Materiales SAT-TR line rotary satellite shot blast machine with centrifugal blast wheels for shot peening is designed for the treatment of transmission components, clutchs discs, gears and industrial parts requiring residual compressive stresses to increase fatigue resistance. The process is always performed after heat treatment and grinding of components.

The indexing mechanism with servo motor and drive positions each satellite precisely in front of the blast wheel stream, ensuring controlled Almen parameters and full cycle repeatability in high-volume serial production. The modular configuration of 2 to 18 satellites and optional automatic loading robots enable direct integration into automated manufacturing cells.
