Compact, versatile and low operating cost shot blast machine
Automatic batch shot blast machine designed for surface treatment of small and medium parts in bulk. Parts are loaded into the blast chamber and tumble on a perforated rubber belt, ensuring continuous tumbling and uniform abrasive exposure across their entire surface. Available in 20, 40 and 60-liter capacities, it is the ideal solution for plants with low to medium production volumes.
- Suitable for bulk blasting of small and medium parts that can tumble and contact each other.
- Perforated rubber belt ensures continuous tumbling of parts throughout the blasting process.
- Compact solution ideal for plants with low to medium production volumes.
- Simple loading and unloading, with option for integration into automatic lines via conveyor belt.
- Available in 3 load capacities: 20, 40 and 60 liters, depending on part size and weight.
