Rotary drum shot blast machine

Automatic batch shot blast machine with rotary drum, designed for simultaneous blasting and tumbling of small parts in bulk. The drum, manufactured in a single piece and mounted on the loading door, ensures continuous rotation of parts throughout the process, guaranteeing uniform exposure to the blast stream. Available in single or double-door configuration, with 60-liter capacity.

• Suitable for small parts or parts with protruding tips that cannot be processed on a tumblast belt: bolts, nuts, fasteners and complex geometry parts.
• Drum manufactured in a single piece allows processing of all types of bulk parts without risk of jamming.
• Suitable for desanding, mill scale removal, deburring, cleaning of heat-treated parts and surface preparation prior to painting or coating.
• Double-door configuration available: while one drum is blasting, the other is being loaded, reducing process downtime.
• Simple and automatic operation: manual or automatic loading, programmable cycle and automatic stop at end of cycle.
