Internal pipe shot blast machine with compressed air

CYM Materiales internal pipe blasting machine by compressed air, designed for the interior treatment of pipes from Ø3/4" onwards. In the automatic version, side-exit nozzles project the abrasive while the pipe rotates on its axis, achieving uniform 360° coverage of the inner surface. For smaller-scale processes or when the pipe cannot rotate, the CY-Tornado head projects abrasive in 360° through a centrifugally-driven rotating head, without the need to rotate the pipe. Available with manual or automatic blast head movement.

• Internal blasting from Ø3/4" with side-exit nozzles and pipe rotation on its axis
• Automatic system: transverse head movement and simultaneous pipe rotation for 360° coverage.
• Single or multiple simultaneous lances depending on pipe diameter and required production.
• CY-Conblast for pipes up to 12" and CY-Tornado for large diameters — both without pipe rotation, for smaller-scale processes.
• Suitable for small and medium diameters where centrifugal blast wheels are not applicable.
