MANUAL ABRASIVE RECOVERY
The manual recovery blast room is the lowest initial investment solution in the CYM blast room line. The system uses a flat floor from which the operator sweeps the abrasive to a screw conveyor or collection hopper, which feeds it to the bucket elevator, ARC purifier and back to the accumulation silo. The absence of automatic sweeping mechanisms reduces installation cost and simplifies equipment maintenance.
Manual recovery is available in four screw conveyor configurations: central, cross, H-pattern and lateral hopper. All models include an integrated ARC abrasive purifier. The blast room is designed to incorporate automatic oscillating scrapers at a later stage without replacing the main cabinet — the ideal option for operations starting with a limited investment and scaling as production volumes grow.

SCREW CONVEYOR CONFIGURATIONS
| CONFIGURATION | DESCRIPTION | IDEAL FOR |
|---|---|---|
| ARC ECO portable | Portable purifier — operator recovers abrasive directly from the floor without screw conveyors or hoppers | Blast rooms with low abrasive volume or sporadic work |
| Lateral hopper | Fixed hopper on one side of the blast room | Very compact blast rooms |
| Central screw conveyor | One longitudinal screw conveyor at the centre of the floor | Narrow and medium blast rooms — scalable to automatic central scrapers |
| Cross screw conveyor | Longitudinal + transverse screw conveyors | Square medium-size blast rooms |
| H-pattern screw / scrapers | Two longitudinal screw conveyors + transverse, or scrapers in the same layout | Large blast rooms |
Central, cross and H-pattern configurations can also be carried out with oscillating scrapers, depending on abrasive type and production volume.
