Oscillating scrapers — automatic abrasive recovery
The CYM mechanical recovery blast room uses pilgrim step oscillating scrapers covering the entire floor, pushing the abrasive to the transverse screw conveyor, bucket elevator and ARC purifier. The process is 100% automatic. Drive can be pneumatic — up to 4 simultaneous operators with a Ø10 mm nozzle — or electromechanical for high abrasive volume. Three mounting options: without pit, with a 200 mm pit or with a central pit for rolling stock.

The central transverse screw conveyor requires a pit. The end-of-room transverse scraper requires no civil works.
