Internal pipe blasting accessories

CYM Materiales offers a complete line of blast heads and accessories for internal pipe blasting by compressed air, covering from Ø3/4" to Ø60" with different devices depending on diameter and process type. The CY-Conblast 1/4" head covers Ø3/4" to 2", the CY-Conblast 1/2" covers Ø2" to 12", and the CY-Tornado allows 360° blasting from Ø8" to Ø60" without pipe rotation. The line is completed with remote-control hoses, tungsten carbide nozzles and the Gri-Puller pusher for automatic hose drive.

• CY-Conblast 1/4": internal pipe blasting Ø3/4" to 2" with 6mm nozzle and centering rings.
• CY-Conblast 1/2": internal blasting Ø2" to 12" with venturi 360° projection and tungsten carbide deflector.
• CY-Tornado: 360° blasting from Ø8" to 60" without pipe rotation, centrifugally-driven rotating head.
• Remote-control hoses in 10 m and 20 m lengths with ball or trigger control.
• Gri-Puller pusher for automatic hose drive: adjustable speed 0.23 to 4.6 m/min.
