Wet Blast Nozzles

CYM water induction wet blast nozzles allow wet blasting with very low dust and no sparks — an essential condition for work in distilleries, hydrocarbon tanks, silos and any environment with safety restrictions. They feature a tungsten carbide core with aluminium protector and venturi design that mixes water and abrasive inside the nozzle itself, achieving optimal air-water atomisation. Compatible with any standard pressure blasting equipment without modification. Each model includes a water connection hose with ON/OFF valve: in closed position the nozzle operates as a conventional dry blast nozzle.

• Always inspect the internal core before use — do not use cracked or fractured nozzles or expose them to impact, which can cause internal damage without visible signs
• Replace the nozzle when the core orifice has worn to the equivalent of the next larger model size
• Use hoses made from virgin abrasion-resistant rubber with built-in static dissipator, sized correctly for the process
• Keep the hose as straight as possible — avoid sharp bends, kinks or restrictions that reduce abrasive flow
• Always wear full protective equipment — never expose any part of the body to the direct abrasive blast
