Higher capacity, shorter cycle time — dual blast wheel
Automatic batch shot blast machine with dual blast wheels, designed for surface treatment of larger bulk parts and plants with medium to high production requirements. Parts tumble on a perforated rubber or steel belt throughout the process. Available in capacities of 130, 240, 450 and 600 liters, the dual blast wheel configuration reduces blasting time by 40% to 50% compared to single blast wheel machines with similar installed power.
