4 Roll CNC - full cylinder in a single pass

The four-roll CNC plate rolling machine adds a fourth roll that pinches the plate and pre-bends both ends in a single pass, producing a complete cylinder without removing the part. It is the highest-precision and highest-productivity configuration, manufactured by AKyapak and represented by CYM Materiales.

By pinching the plate with the lower roll during pre-bending, slipping is eliminated and the ends are formed with a minimal flat zone, reducing material waste. One of the side rolls acts as a squaring roll to align the incoming plate and guarantee diameter repeatability throughout the run. Hardened rolls (50–60 HRC) and spherical roller bearings maintain dimensional precision in intensive production, across thicknesses from 2 to 200 mm (⅛" to 8") and widths up to 12,000 mm (40 ft).
