Self-propelled closed-circuit machine for steel and concrete floors
CYM Materiales closed-circuit portable floor shot blast machine, designed for surface treatment of large horizontal surfaces: concrete floors, steel plates, airport runways, ship decks and tank roofs. The machine is self-propelled and operated by a single operator: the centrifugal blast wheel projects abrasive onto the surface, the recovery system collects the rebounded shot and the dust collector filters the contaminants, delivering a clean, dry surface ready for coating with no additional preparation time.
- Self-propelled, operated by a single operator on horizontal steel or concrete surfaces.
- Closed circuit: abrasive recovery by rebound and dust filtration simultaneous with blasting
- No abrasive dispersion to the environment — suitable for open or enclosed spaces.
- Available in GPP5 (7.5 HP) and GPP25 (25 HP) models, production 20 to 60 m²/hour on steel.
- Delivers a clean, dry surface with correct roughness profile ready for coating with no additional preparation.
