External pipe blasting

CYM Materiales continuous external pipe shot blast machine, designed for coating plants for gas pipelines, oil pipelines and water pipelines. Processes pipes with diameters from 12 mm to over 1524 mm with fixed set-up per diameter. Thanks to its innovative design, 100% of the abrasive impacts the surface reaching blasting speeds above 20 m²/minute with high-power blast wheels. The machines are complemented by loading and unloading systems, accumulation racks and external conveyors with simultaneous travel and rotation.
